The Scunthorpe scooter alliance or any scooter club the rider belongs to, is not responsible for any rider/pillion or machine which is being ridden. This includes anywhere, including to and from the ride out venues. It is up to the owner/rider to ensure they and the machine they ride is fully compliant with current legislation.
