As many members as possible to assist with erecting of the marquees etc. on Thursday and Friday Evenings.Lots of members for stewarding on the Saturday, and cleaning up Sunday AM, ready for the pub to open for lunch.
Thursday night to put up 2 x marquees. £100 donation to parish. Liability insurance sorted.

Bar times sorted. Food and catering supplied by the pub, scooter menu, breakfast Sunday. Then big clean up.
£8 camping, £3 day trippers, £3 on night.
All scooters on site, will be in the show. Best lammy. Vespa. Best custom, Best in show.
